Do I get a refund if it doesn't work?+

Yes. 14-day refund, no questions asked. Email sam@automationglass.com.

Can I run all four kits at once?+

Yes. They're independent containers. Choose the kit that matches the job you need to ship.

Are updates included?+

Yes for 12 months from purchase. After that, kits keep working — you can opt in to a $49/mo Support Retainer for ongoing updates, backups, and priority help.

Do you offer custom builds?+

Yes. Book a 15-minute call from /services to scope a custom project.

Technical

Where does my data live?+

On your computer or your own VPS. Nothing leaves your machine except calls to your chosen AI provider.

Which AI models work?+

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter, and local Ollama. Switch anytime via the control panel.

Do I need a VPS?+

No. All kits run locally on macOS, Windows, or Linux with Docker. The setup wizard also has a "Deploy to VPS" option if you want always-on access.

What if I'm not technical?+

The setup wizard runs in your browser. Pick a model, paste an API key, enter your bot token, click launch. If you get stuck, email sam@automationglass.com.

Monthly health check, backup verification, security patches, model updates, priority email support, and one minor configuration change per month.
